Kuwait City, Kuwait, March 21, 2024: The President of Palestine Olympic Committee, Maj. Gen. Jibril Rajoub, met with his Kuwaiti counterpart, H.E. Sheikh Fahad Nasser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, in the capital of Kuwait on Wednesday, March 20.
The POC President pointed out the historical relationship between the people of Palestine and Kuwait and the support of Kuwait for Palestine at all levels in the international arena.
Maj. Gen. Rajoub and KOC President Sheikh Fahad discussed the situation in Palestine regarding the sports and youth movement, sports facilities and sports activities.
He also confirmed that the Palestine Olympic Committee would offer all support to the athletes and teams in their bid to qualify for continental and international events, especially the Olympic Games Paris 2024.
