The French Embassy was represented by Cooperation and Culture Counselor Jules Irrmann and Charlotte Esnou as Cultural Attaché.
"We, NOC Indonesia, have guests from the French Embassy to collaborate in the framework of the Road to Olympics,” said Cresida.
“Several programmes that have been discussed include photo exhibitions and also the International Women's Days event.
“Another programme that is no less important is the scholarship programme which will be beneficial for both athletes and federation administrators.”
Cresida added: "Of course we also don't forget to jointly determine preparations for the 2024 Paris Olympics and carry out several sports diplomacy activities whose benefits will later be felt and enjoyed by Indonesian athletes who will compete in Paris 2024.”
From the French point of view, Jules Irrmann admitted that he was very enthusiastic about the collaboration between the two parties and also the opportunity to promote the Olympic values and Paris Olympics in Indonesia.
“We will work together with NOC Indonesia to create activities for the general public such as exhibitions and cultural events to find out the meaning of the Olympic Games and especially to spread the values of Olympism," he said.
“We are very enthusiastic that this collaboration will not only be limited to sports but can continue for the future, such as the possibility of training scholarships in France, student exchanges and others.”
