Singapore, February 22, 2024: The Singapore National Olympic Council is calling for sports photographers to submit entries for the 2024 Singapore Sports Awards.
In a Facebook post, Singapore NOC asks: “Got an epic sports photo? Capture the pulse of Singapore's sports scene for a chance to win the Best Sports Photo Award at the 2024 Singapore Sports Awards.
“Show us your finest shot, embodying the spirit of Singaporean athletes in action or showcasing our vibrant sports events.”
Photos must have been taken between January 1 and December 31, 2023, and the deadline for entries is March 20, 2024.
SNOC says the award aims to recognise excellence in sports photography and encourage the photography community to maintain a sustained interest in sports.
The winner of the Best Sports Photo Award will receive a prize of 1,000 Singapore dollars.
