AINAGOC prepares to call for mascot designs for 2026 Asian Games

Nagoya, Japan, February 16, 2024: The call is out for mascot designs for the 20^th Asian Games in Japan in 2026.

The organising committee of the next Asian Games – Aichi-Nagoya 2026 – announced on February 16 that applications for the mascot character would begin shortly.

AINAGOC said the details would be coming in late February, and that “your idea will be needed”.

“We will collect your ideas of mascot design for the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026,” AINAGOC said.

The mascot will play a major role in the promotion and marketing of the 20^th Asian Games, which will take place from September 19 to October 4, 2026. 

The slogan is “Imagine One Asia”.
