Kathmandu, Nepal, December 26, 2023: Dr. Nabees Man Singh Pradhan has been appointed Chair of the Medical Commission of the Nepal Olympic Committee by NOC President Jeevan Ram Shrestha.
Mr. Pradhan was appointed at a small ceremony at NOC Headquarters in Lalitpur in the presence of NOC Vice Presidents Ms. Jyoti Rana and Chaturananda Rajvaidya, NOC Secretary General Nilendra Raj Shrestha, Chair of Psychology Commission Indra Gurung and NOC executive secretary Sujan Lal Shrestha.
Meanwhile, NOC President Jeevan Ram Shrestha bade farewell to the national canoeing team who will be competing at the Nu Jiang WIldwater Canoeing International Open in Yunnan Province, China from December 26 to January 1.
The canoeing team comprised team leader Surya Prasad, coach Yubaraj Adhikari and athletes Bikram Gurung and Ganesh Gurung.
