Damascus, Syria, December 18, 2023: The Syrian Olympic Committee has announced that Amre Hamcho has qualified to compete in the equestrian competition of the Olympic Games in Paris next summer.
Hamcho, 28, is a seasoned campaigner in show jumping and finished fifth in the individual jumping competition at the 19thAsian Games in Hangzhou, China last October on board Vagabon Des Forets.
According to the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), Hamcho has 915 starts and 24 wins in his career.
