Lahore, Pakistan, November 26, 2023: The Pakistan Olympic Association held a Meet and Educate Athletes Programme in Lahore on Thursday, November 23.
The athlete empowerment interactive session resulted in athletes, coaches and officials of National Sports Federations sharing their experience and knowledge with added input from experts in the field.
Among the athletes was the first batch of champions from the National Games who raised pertinent questions on various issues like nutrition, fitness, anti-doping measures, manipulation and other key areas related to their sporting journey.
The dialogue was welcomed by the Pakistan Olympic Association which stated the one-day event would go a long way to shaping the journey of the athletes as they look ahead to a future with promise.
