Vientiane, Laos, November 26, 2023: The National Olympic Committee of Laos held a seminar focusing on nutrition in training, strength and conditioning in the capital Vientiane on November 20-21.
The course involved theoretical and practical sessions and was conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukanya Charoenwattana and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wirat Sonchan.
Around 50 people took part and received a participation certificate on completion of the two-day course.
