Hanoi, Vietnam, November 13, 2023: The Vietnam Olympic Committee held a meeting with representatives of the IOC’s Olympism365 and the PATH global health organisation in order to enhance the development of community sport and health throughout the country.
The meeting took place on November 7 and the VOC was represented by the Secretary General, Tran Van Manh.
The discussions focused on the various levels of initiating the sport and community health project which involves sports trainers, sports clubs, human resources and sports equipment.
The Vietnam government sports department was represented by Mrs Nguyen Thi Chien, who said community sports projects had increased in Vietnam.
