Singapore NOC elects three NSA representatives to ExCo

Singapore, August 30, 2023 – Dr Hing Siong Chen (cycling), Dr Patrick Liew (gymnastics) and Mr Mark Chay (aquatics) were elected as the national sports association (NSA) representatives to the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) Executive Committee at its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, August 30. They will serve from 2023-2025.

The AGM was held at Raffles Town Club with 136 delegates representing 36 Ordinary members, five Associate members and four Provisional members in attendance.

The 2023-2024 SNOC Executive Committee comprises: Acting President, Mrs Jessie Phua; IOC Member, Mr Ng Ser Miang; Vice Presidents, Ms Juliana Seow, Dr Benedict Tan, Mr Lawrence Leow.

Honorary Treasurer, Mr Lee Wung Yew; NSA Representatives, Dr Hing Siong Chen, Dr Patrick Liew, Mr Mark Chay. (Co-opted) Members, Mr Alan Goh, Mrs Eugenia Lim, Ms Shayna Ng (Chair, Athletes’ Commission), Mr Lau Kok Keng, Mr Forrest Li.

Secretary-General (Ex-officio), Mr Chris Chan; Assistant Secretary-General (Ex-officio), Mr Edmund Lim.
