Mukdahan, Thailand, June 27, 2023: Thailand’s IOC Member Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul joined the Olympic Day celebrations at Mukdahan 250 Years Auditorium in Mukdahan Province in northern Thailand.
The Thailand Olympic Academy (TOA) hosted the event which not only focused on sport and running but also on the three pillars of Olympic Day – “move”, “learn” and “discover”.
The TOA has developed several tools presenting the benefits of sports values, using sport to advance education, youth development and life skills for the young generation.
The TOA hosts sports, culture and education activities, and ensures that the positive values of the Olympic Movement - excellence, friendship and respect - are promoted among the youth.
