SF&OC Vice President Kenneth Fok explained the latest developments in the Hong Kong sports sector to Mr. Yang.

They also reviewed the quarantine arrangements for Hong Kong athletes participating in sports events in the mainland during the pandemic. SF&OC expressed gratitude for the support offered by the mainland to Hong Kong athletes and teams which enabled them to perform without concerns.

In addition, the preparation work for the 15th National Games in 2025 was discussed. SF&OC expressed its interest in bidding for the hosting of certain sports events in Hong Kong.

Mr. Yang agreed to relay this message to the relevant authorities and coordinate communications between different parties to facilitate preparations for the National Games.
