Kuwait City, Kuwait, February 20, 2023: The Olympic Council of Asia has announced the dates for the Chef de Mission Seminar for the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.

The two-day CDM Seminar for the delegation leaders of the OCA’s National Olympic Committees will take place in Hangzhou on April 25-26 – some five months before the Games open on September 23.

In a circular to the NOCs dated February 20, OCA Acting President Raja Randhir Singh provides details of the seminar, with meetings and venue tours on both days, followed by an optional city tour and cultural programme on April 27.

The CDM Seminar is a major step on the road to all multi-sport games, giving the organising committee the opportunity to present key information in all the functional areas and the NOCs the chance to ask for details on specific matters.

The 19th Asian Games will be held in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province in eastern China, from September 23 to October 8.
