Amman, Jordan, February 16, 2023: His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Olympic Committee, has won the Arab Sports Culture Personality Award for 2022.
Prince Faisal, an Executive Board member of the International Olympic Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Generations for Peace, was unable to attend the award ceremony in Amman, and JOC Vice President Dr. Khaled Atiyat received the award on his behalf.
The Arab Sports Culture Personality Award is given to an individual that has made distinguished efforts to use sport and culture for the good of all humanity.
The Awards Ceremony was held by the Jordan Society for Sports Culture in cooperation with the Arab Federation for Sports Culture at the Landmark Hotel in the Jordanian capital.
