Olympic Day is one of the key programmes of the OOC and is held annually to promote the concept of sports in society and a healthy lifestyle, making it a priority of public life.
The OOC is keen to hold the annual event across the various Governorates of Oman, ensuring the maximum participation of its citizens and residents. Previous Olympic Days have been held in the Governorates of Muscat, Musandam, Dhofar, Al Dhahirah, Al Batinah North and Al Dakhiliyah.
The activities will start at 3.30pm on the Corniche of the wilayat of Sur, and continue until 6pm. At the end of the event, prizes and certificates will be distributed to all participants.
