Sana’a, Yemen, November 8, 2022: Yemen Olympic Committee presented its women’s archery team with modern equipment that meets Olympic specifications to help them in their preparations for international events.
The equipment comprised of 17 pieces per bow for 10 recurve bows – the only type of bow used at the Olympic Games.
Yemen NOC is a strong supporter of archery and has high hopes for the future with training camps and regular competition.
Yemen’s women’s team competed in the archery competition of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya, Turkey in August.
