Baghdad, Iraq, October 14, 2022: The President of the Iraq National Olympic Committee, Raad Hammoudi, was a keen observer during a three-day seminar on administration and finance organised by the NOC for sporting associations and government institutions.
The seminar, which took place from October 11-13, involved a number of key areas including financial management, operational planning and handling the media, with lectures being carried out by experts in each field.
At the conclusion of the three-day course, Iraq NOC Secretary General Haitham Abdul-Hamid handed out certificates to all participants. A member of the Iraq NOC executive council, Dr. Ferda Raouf, also attended.
This is the fifth time the Iraq NOC has held this seminar for sporting associations in the country.
