Lahore, Pakistan, September 9, 2022: The Pakistan Gymnastics Federation under the auspices of the Pakistan Olympic Association is holding an IOC Olympic Solidarity technical course for gymnastic coaches.
The course for technical advancement of gymnastic coaches began in Lahore on Monday, September 5, and is being conducted by FIG recognised expert Hamid Reza Hashemi from Iran.
Lt Gen (retd.) Syed Arif Hasan, President of the Pakistan Olympic Association attended the inauguration ceremony and thanked the International Olympic Committee for its support in helping raise the standards of gymnastics in Pakistan.
Thirty coaches from various departments and regions of the country, including Punjab, Sindh KP, Balochistan, Army, HEC, Railways, Police and WAPDA, will benefit from the course.
