Kathmandu, Nepal, August 30, 2022: The Secretary General of Nepal Olympic Committee, Nilendra Raj Shrestha, joined the celebrations for International Boxing Day.
The Nepal NOC official gave his best wishes to the world boxing family on the occasion of International Boxing Day on August 27 at Kathmandu.
The “Happy International Boxing Day” event was organised by the Nepal Boxing Association with the theme “A get together and future development of boxing programme”.
The Nepal Boxing Association organised various activities along with the get-together programme and an open discussion on a boxing development programme at the Nepal Olympic Committee Building, Satdobato, Lalitpur.
Sports leaders and personalities expressed their ideas and offered their advice. There was also a shadow boxing exercise for the participants.
“Thanks to the NOC General Secretary, past presidents of NBA and many more delegates for their valuable suggestions,” the Nepal Boxing Association said.
