Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 1, 2022: The International Kabaddi Federation (IKF) held its elective General Assembly in Dubai on Thursday, March 31.
Mr. Vinod Kumar Tiwari was elected as President of IKF unopposed for the term 2022 to 2026. The hybrid meeting was attended by 20 National Federations in person and by three more NFs online.
The post of President was vacant after the President of IKF, Mr. Janardan Singh Gehlot, passed away in May last year.
Mr. Satthasivam Munisamy from Malaysia was elected as Secretary General and Mrs. Tusli Thapa was elected as Treasurer.
Vinod Kumar Tiwari is the Director of International and NOC Relations with the Olympic Council of Asia.
