Sri Lanka to host Esports South Asia Cup

Colombo, Sri Lanka, December 22, 2019: Sri Lanka will host the Esports South Asia Cup in January 2020, staged by Ingame Esports in collaboration with the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka. Six countries – Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka – will take part in the Grand Finals to be held in Colombo from January 24-26. A prize pool of US$10,000 will be up for grabs. Each country will hold their own qualifying tournaments for Esports enthusiasts, beginning from January 2, with the winners being flown to Colombo for the South Asia Cup. Participants who wish to take part in the country qualifiers can register @ esportscup.asia.
