Badminton Asia course aids 20 players

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, December 18, 2019: Badminton Asia Development reports that Badminton Asia is conducting its Asia Olympic Project regional training course in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Twenty players are taking part from Iran, Lebanon, Maldives, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Jordan, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in a seven-day course featuring physical fitness on court, technical and tactical training and physiotherapy. The course experts are showing the athletes how to prepare for competition by being in top physical condition and, by doing so, preventing injuries. The course runs from December 15-23 and the participants will also be tested in matches against invited players from Indonesia and Malaysia.
