Beijing, China, February 6, 2022: IOC member and OCA Executive Board member Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul visited athletes from Thailand at the Winter Olympics in Beijing on Saturday, February 5.
The Chair of the OCA Culture Committee is showing her support for the brother and sister team of Mark and Karen Chanloung who will compete in the cross-country skiing.
Born in Italy, the pair have dual Italian and Thai citizenship and both competed at PyeongChang 2018.
The cross-country skiing is taking place at Zhangjiakou National Cross-Country Skiing Centre – one of two sporting hubs outside of the capital.
Khunying Patama took part in the 139th IOC Session on February 3 and the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics the following evening.
