Lahore, Pakistan, January 31, 2022: The Pakistan Olympic Association in partnership with the All Pakistan-China Friendship Association has held a short video competition to mark the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics which gets underway on Friday, February 4.
The theme of the video competition was “Chatting about China-Pakistan friendship and Good Wishes for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics”. It was held on Sunday, January 30 at Pakistan Olympic House in Lahore.
Students from a number of schools took part and the young participants came up with unique ideas and created fabulous videos to felicitate the Chinese people for Beijing 2022 and celebrate the friendship between the people of China and Pakistan.
Pakistan will be represented by one athlete at the Beijing 2022 showpiece with alpine skier Muhammad Karim competing in his third Olympic Games
Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan will also attend the Opening Ceremony of the Beijing Games on February 4.
