Hong Kong, China sends three athletes to Beijing 2022

Hong Kong, China, January 27, 2022: The Hong Kong, China delegation is ready for Beijing 2022 with a record three athletes - the largest contingent since Hong Kong's participation in Olympic Winter Games.

“Hong Kong is pleased to have three athletes qualified for the OWG,” the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China said in a press release.

“It is the sixth time for Hong Kong to participate in the OWG from Salt Lake 2002 to Beijing 2022. Sidney Chu will participate in the men’s 500m short track speed skating, while Audrey Alice King and Adrian Yung Hau-tsuen will participate in alpine skiing.”

The SF&OC expressed thanks to the Home Affairs Bureau, Leisure and Cultural Services Department and all supporting organisations and sponsors, including FILA Marketing (Hong Kong) Limited, Nissin Foods Company Limited, Mainetti Health Technologies Company Limited and OAKLEY, for their support in the preparations for the Winter Olympics.
