Malaysia NOC to host sports administrators’ course for women

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, January 12, 2022: The Olympic Council of Malaysia has announced that a Sports Administrators Course for women will be conducted from March 4-6, 2022 at the OCM Indoor Sports Complex in Kuala Lumpur.

The course is designed to help sports administrators of sports organisations responsible for the development of sport to work more effectively, efficiently and happily within the Olympic and sports movements. It will be held in-person as opposed to on-line.

The course is suitable for elected officials, volunteer administrators, paid staff and anyone else involved in sports administration around the world, whether for National Olympic Committees, National Federations or local sports organisations.

Malaysia NOC is especially keen to emphasize that the course is open to female officials and leaders from National and State Sports Associations as well as from sports clubs and institutions.

The course, which is being held in cooperation with the International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Solidarity, will run for three days, Friday to Sunday, starting at 10am and finishing at 6pm each day.

The closing date for applications is February 14.
