Hangzhou 2022 conducts one-on-one meetings with NOCs

Hangzhou, China, December 19, 2021: The Hangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee (HAGOC) has been holding one-on-one meetings with National Olympic Committees via video conference throughout December.

With the Chefs de Mission Guide Version 1.0 released, the Sport Entry by Number under way and the Accreditation System launched, NOCs are paying close attention to the preparatory work required for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 and stepping up their communication with HAGOC. 

According to previous Asian Games, one-on-one meetings are held during or after the Chefs de Mission Seminar, serving as an important channel for the Asian Games Organising Committee to exchange information and discuss key issues with each NOC.

During the meetings, NOCs calculated estimated contingent size and had in-depth exchanges with related functional areas from HAGOC regarding Sport Entry, Accreditation, Accommodation, Athletes Village, Protocol, Arrival & Departure, Finance, Rate Card and Radio Frequency among other subjects. 

NOCs also expressed their high anticipation for the Hangzhou Asian Games, which will be held from September 10-25, 2022 with 40 sports, 61 disciplines and 482 events in 55 competition venues in Hangzhou and five co-host cities in Zhejiang province in eastern China.

The deadline for Sport Entry by Number for the Hangzhou Asian Games is December 31, 2021.
