Professor Obayashi pointed out that even though Tokyo 2020 was a “no spectator Games” it created and showed new ideas to realise Olympic values in the new normal era beyond COVID-19.

He also told the youth representatives at the seminar that Japanese initiatives made it possible for online international cultural exchanges between students from different countries.
