Hong Kong, China, November 3, 2021: The latest version of the official newsletter of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China pays tribute to the unsung heroes behind the success of the athletes at Tokyo 2020.
Issue 19 of “Olympic Voice of Hong Kong” includes a message from the President of the SF&OC, Timothy Fok, in which he turns the spotlight on the entourage of an athlete, such as the back-room staff taking care of anti-doping procedures, medical matters, logistics, coaching and other crucial tasks.
“The Olympiad can only succeed because of their contributions, often unheralded and are often taken for granted,” said Mr Fok in his president’s message.
The new magazine, for October 2021, includes articles on multi-sport games, news express, NOC news and sports features, and is packed with stats and excellent photos. It was published on October 29.
