Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 21, 2021: The United Arab Emirates National Olympic Committee has unveiled the agenda of the National Olympic Academy for the next three years.
Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs of the UAE National Olympic Committee, Eng. Azza bint Suleiman, launched the program of the National Olympic Academy for the period of 2021 to 2024 on Wednesday, October 20 at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai.
A first of its kind, the vision for the sport sector will involve seven training programs, three advanced athletic studies and 10 different seminars catering to all aspects of development of sports cadres.
The National Olympic Academy program will begin in November 2021 and end in December 2024.
The National Olympic Academy, which was established in 2012 under the supervision of the UAE NOC, is affiliated with the International Olympic Academy in both legal and technical terms. Its main focus is on moulding sports leaders and enhancing their competence.
