Manama, Bahrain, August 24, 2021: The Bahrain Olympic Committee is raring to go – to the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China in 2022!
The BOC posted on their Facebook page the receipt of the official invitation letter to attend the 19th Asian Games, which will take place from September 10-25, 2022 in Hangzhou – capital city of Zhejiang province in eastern China.
“The Bahrain Olympic Committee, through the Director of the Department of International Relations, has received the official invitation to participate in the 19th Asian Games, which will be held in China's Hangzhou from September 10-25, 2022,” the BOC post said.
“The organising committee has sent the official invitation to participate in the Asian Games as part of the countdown celebrations scheduled for next month.”
Organising committee HAGOC is planning a series of events to mark the one-year countdown – and the NOCs are being sent mascots, pin badges and other attractive merchandise as part of the invitation letter package.
