Hangzhou, China, July 30, 2021: The organising committee of the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games 2022, HAGOC, has announced the official launch of an extranet dedicated to National Olympic Committees.
The extranet will facilitate communication and the exchange of information between HAGOC and the NOCs taking part in the 19th Asian Games from September 10-25, 2022.
While preparations for the 19th Asian Games have been progressing smoothly and on schedule, HAGOC has been developing and refining its Games-related policies and procedures.
This new extranet will ensure that all NOCs have convenient access to the latest updates regarding important information, as well as being able to obtain other documents required for Hangzhou 2022.
These include the Chefs de Mission Manual, the Accreditation Guide and Technical Handbooks for the sports and disciplines being contested at the 19th Asian Games.
NOCs will be able to access the dedicated site by applying for an account. In the future, new functions will be added to the site in order to help NOCs better prepare for the Games.
All NOCs are encouraged to contact the Hangzhou Asian Games NOC Services Team to make full use of this new service.
