Malaysia NOC’s administrators course attracts 35 participants

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, April 5, 2021: The Olympic Council of Malaysia held its first Sport Administrators Course for 2021 from April 2-4 at the Training Hall, Level 2C, OCM Indoor Sport Complex in Kuala Lumpur.  

A total of 35 participants from various National Sports Associations, State Sports Associations, sports clubs, coaches and sports officials from sports institutions were selected from a total of 107 applicants to attend the three-day course.

The course ended very successfully with the participants showing great friendship and forming a community of learners to strengthen the Olympic sports movement in Malaysia.

The course directors were Ms Tham Choy Lin and Mr Ahmad Arif Astaman who were assisted by a team of 13 facilitators.

The opening address was conducted by Dato’ Mohd Nazifuddin, Secretary General of the Olympic Council of Malaysia.

The presentation of certificates and the closing ceremony on Sunday, April 4 was officiated by Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Mohamad Norza Zakaria, President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia.
