Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, March 12, 2021: Mongolia’s International Olympic Committee Member Batbold Battushig gave a welcome speech at the opening ceremony of the “Mongolia NOC – 65” international online conference.
On behalf of the International Olympic Committee, the IOC Member read out a congratulatory message from the IOC President, Thomas Bach, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the founding of the National Olympic Committee in 1956.
Batbold Battushig is also First Vice President of Mongolia NOC, a position he has held since 2017.
He also gave a presentation on the first ever Mongolia House at an Olympic Games, planned for Tokyo 2020, at the 137th IOC Session held virtually from March 10-12.
