Doha, Qatar, September 4, 2019: The Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department of the Qatar Olympic Committee concluded a productive training
course entitled “How to build effective teams and develop administrative skills” at the QOC's Losail Hall on Tuesday, September 3.
The three-day training course brought together 21 employees from the Talents Department who received lectures on how to build effective teams and develop their administrative skills, team work spirit and the responsibilities of a team leader.
The key speaker, Dr. Suhail Awaad, provided the trainees with the secrets behind successful teams and how to decide the needs of any team.
