Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, December 6, 2020: The Kazakhstan National Olympic Committee in collaboration with the country’s informative web portal Kundelik.kz has launched a joint educational project labelled "Olympic Lesson" promoting a healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren.

The “Do It with Us” campaign offers physical education video lessons from six famous Kazakhstan athletes who share their training regimes with the schoolchildren.

It has been widely spread through all regions of the country and is proving to be popular, according to the Kazakhstan NOC.

The six athletes who have been initially involved in the project are wrestlers Korlan Zhakhansha and Zhamila Bakbergenova, judoka Gusman Kyrgyzbayez, rugby player Balzhan Koyshybaeva, speed skater Yekaterina Aydova and cyclist Artem Zakharov.

Video lessons take into account the age and gender of the schoolchildren and are available on the educational platform Kundelik.kz and on the YouTube channel of the Kazakhstan NOC.

Along with the launch of this educational project, the Kazakhstan NOC has also started a contest 'My#TeamKZ' offering schoolchildren the chance to win computer tablets and other prizes by submitting their version of the emblem of the country's Olympic team.
