Mongolia NOC President sets healthy example to nation

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, December 3, 2020: The newly-elected President of Mongolia Olympic Committee, Beijing 2008 Olympic judo champion Naidan Tuvshinbayar, initiated the “Olympic Wave” challenge against COVID-19 in Mongolia.

The NOC President demonstrated simple but effective exercise at home with his four small children to keep the Olympic spirit and a good physical condition during the pandemic. He urged citizens of all age groups to follow these exercises and lifestyle.

This challenge is widely welcomed throughout the country, and winners will be awarded special promotional prizes by the NOC.

In addition to this, Mongolia NOC holds weekly webinars with all 60 National Sports Federations, local Olympic councils and 29 provincial Olympic councils on various sports and Olympic themes.
