Colombo, Sri Lanka, November 4, 2020: Olympic values will be the topic as 20 schools across Sri Lanka take part in the "OVEP Debater 2020" this month.
The Olympic Value Education Programme Debater is initiated by the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka and it will be the second time this event will be held, following the pilot programme launched in 2017.
The student debaters will have to talk on topics like Joy of Effort, Fair Play, Practising Respect, Pursuit of Excellence and Balance between body, will and mind.
The preliminary rounds will be held on November 14-15 followed by a Super 8 round on November 21, and the Grand Final on November 22.
