Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, October 22, 2020: The Vietnam Olympic Committee patronised a basic online workshop for hockey umpires in Ho Chi Minh City from October 16-18.
The event was held in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh University of Sport and the Ho Chi Minh City Hockey Federation (HHA), together with the Board of Referees of the Asian Hockey Federation.
The course was held in order to build and develop the hockey movement of Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam in general.
With the constructive spirit and willingness to contribute to the development of hockey shown during the course, the HHA hopes to introduce a new generation of umpires to develop the HHA Board of Referees and work in the national and professional hockey leagues.
