Hangzhou, China, October 21, 2020: The core graphics and colour system of the Hangzhou Asian Games 2022 was established on Wednesday, October 21.
The theme of the core graphics of the Hangzhou Asian Games is “Meeting the World”, which is inspired by silk - the quintessential cultural element of Hangzhou.
The colour system of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 is themed as “harmony of colours” and is inspired by a famous poem by Su Shi from the Song dynasty: “If the West Lake was the Great Beauty, she would look beautiful whether in light or heavy make-up.”
The six colours are Glowing Red, Laurus Yellow, Lake and Mountain Green, Rainbow Purple, Glimmering Blue and Mist White.
