Tashkent, Uzbekistan, August 3, 2020: Uzbekistan’s karate athletes, coaches, referees and judges will take part in a series of online events organised by the Asian Karate Federation this month.
Four webinars have been planned by the governing body for karate in Asia in August and the National Karate Federation of Uzbekistan has indicated that it will take part in all of them.
The online series will commence with a seminar for judges on August 8, followed by a seminar for trainers on August 15, seminar for kata (forms) athletes and trainers on August 22 and conclude with a seminar for kumite (fighting) athletes and trainers on August 29.
Major General Nasser Al Razooqi, President of the Asian Karate Federation, will give a keynote address at the start of the webinars. Mansour Al Sultan will be the speaker at the judges' and trainers' seminars.
