The Permanent Headquarters of the Olympic Council Of Asia is in Kuwait.The President is HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani and Mr.Husain Al-Musallam is the Director General.The Headquatrers is Located on the Gulf beach road and is considered one of the landmark of Kuwait city.
